Sueann Snodgrass Joins Thermo Systems as Vice President, Human Resources

As Thermo Systems continues to expand globally, our leadership team is also growing. Serving our clients remains our topmost priority, and to optimally support our growing global customer base, Thermo Systems has enhanced our executive leadership structure with the elevation of 3 long time Thermo leaders to vice president roles and the addition of a seasoned human resource leader to our team.

Eric leads Thermo Systems’ sales and marketing teams globally. He joined the company as a control systems engineer over 14 years ago and quickly grew his experience in other business functions before taking on a sales leadership role in 2016. Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Sai Lo has been promoted to Vice President, Operations.
Sai Lo is the leader of all operations and customer delivery globally for Thermo Systems, championing the Thermo core values. He has been with Thermo for over 20 years and has served in numerous operations and staff development roles. Sai has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from SUNY Maritime College as well as a Masters in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business.
Richard Dreher has been promoted to Vice President, Finance.
Richard Dreher leads Thermo Systems’ finance operations, focusing on revenue growth, compliance, and risk mitigation. Rich joined Thermo Systems in 2015 and has been instrumental in leading Thermo’s growth in the years since. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cabrini College.
Sueann Snodgrass has joined Thermo Systems as Vice President, Human Resources.
Sueann Snodgrass joined Thermo Systems’ Executive Leadership Team in 2021 as the new head of Thermo’s human resources team. She has over 20 years of expertise in HR management and consulting for large firms and high-growth start-ups. Sueann holds a B.A.in Political Science and Philosophy as well as a Masters in HR Management along with both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
